Join us for a one-day natural dyeing workshop featuring bundle dyeing with fresh flowers, leaves, and botanicals harvested from Maitri Farm. Participants will learn how to create vibrant, one-of-a-kind patterns on fabric using natural plant dyes, including the rich blues of fresh indigo leaves. The workshop will also introduce hapazome techniques, incorporating direct leaf and flower pounding to add botanical impressions and layered detail to your dyed textiles. Through harvesting, arranging, bundling, and printing, you'll explore the colors and textures of the season while creating beautiful handcrafted pieces to take home. No prior experience is required.
